Night mechanical harvest cooling after gentle destemming and crushing
Soft pressing and selection of the best juices by tasting

Done in rvs steel barrels.

TASTING
Dark brikred with dark center to purple

Aroma's of red fruits and mediteriannian herbs.

Taste is fruity with soft tannines, silky smooth with powerfull finish.

CELLARING POTENTIAL
2  to 4  years in good storage conditions.
