Tanca Els Ulls - Macabeo 75cl.

Harvest and manual selection of grapes in the vineyard. Film maceration for 7 days. Fermentation and aging for 3 months 30% in amphora and 70% in stainless tank.

This wine comes from the "Coster de les Bruixes" and "l'Alzina" vineyards. Some old vines of more than 80 years planted by the grandfather. These are vineyards surrounded by pine forest, rosemary oak, garric and different aromatic plants that will be reflected in the wine. The short distance between the vineyard and the sea means that the marinade constantly enters the vineyard helping to maintain good acidity, freshness and salinity.

This wine is the reflection of two old Macabeu vineyards and conveys the landscape of our town.
