Manual harvesting and selection of grapes in the vineyard. Film maceration with 20% of the grapes for 20 days. Bleeding and light rearing with most for 6 months.

This wine is made only from the "Coster de Bellavista" estate, a very old vineyard located on the north side of Nulles.

It is a very special vineyard, located next to a stream, which means that we have a soil filled with pebbles, so we have a fresh and mineral terroir. The vineyard is surrounded by typical Mediterranean forest. 

This wine is a pure reflection of this plot of Cartoixà, which gives us a salty, fresh, mineral wine with spicy touches and above all with Mediterranean forest aromas.
