Ros Caubó is a monovarietal oil made from the arbequina olive variety.
We select the best oils during the milling process, and the result is a high-quality, balanced, round, intense, different oil. It is rich in secondary aromas with clear notes of freshly-cut grass, artichoke and tomato. It has a certain astringency in the mouth, quickly followed by the fruitiness of raw almonds and stone fruits.
After tasting it we are left with the slight spiciness of green olives on the first day of the harvest.
An oil with a complexity of aromas and a special creamy texture for marinading dishes where it deserves its place.
