WINEMAKING

50% Merlot, 50% Cabernet
Night mechanical harvest cooling after gentle destemming and crushing
Soft pressing and selection of the best juices by tasting
Cold fermentation and shortmaceration 2-3 weeks.

Grape varieties areseparated and vinification is done in concrete tanks.

TASTING
The color is red intense with blue tint
In the nose,  aromas of Fresh Fruit mix strawberry and Morello cherry.

Ample, franck tanins, red fruits. pleasure light and fruity

CELLARING PORTENTIAL
8 years in good storage conditions.
