WINEMAKING

60% Grenache, 40%  Syrah
Master of temperatures and long macerationwith release/ pumping-over.

Grape varieties are separated and made in concrete tanks.

Maturation during 2 years in tank, with 10% of the blend in barrels

TASTING

Red intense with blue and violet tint.

Nose is spicy with pepper notes.

Aromas of brandy from the heart of the distillation, of jammy morello cherry and with a touch of strawberry.

Nice freshness, supple and silky tannins, spicy with a good lenght and structure.

CELLARING PORTENTIAL
5 to 7  years in good storage conditions.
