WINEMAKING

50% Syrah, 50% Carignan
Cold fermentation and maceration 3 weeks to 1month.

Grape varieties are separated and vinification is done in concrete tank.

TASTING

Red intense with blue tint.
Spicy fresh blackcurrant and blueberry.
Round, long and fruity with light notes of cinnamon and pepper.

Red pleasure light and fruity.
 

CELLARING PORTENTIAL
5 to 7  years in good storage conditions.
