"Pét-nat variety of the Mediterranean coast of Tarragona".

This unique Xarel·lo Rojo, also called Cartoixà de Marina, comes from old vines harvested by hand first thing in the morning. It's the pure Mediterranean essence of the coast of Tarragona.

Vineyards over 80 years old, 18 kilometres from the sea and 230 metres above sea level. Clay-limestone soils rich in minerals.

Macerated with its unique pink skin. Fermented and aged for 5 months (50% in French oak barrels and 50% in ancient stone vats). Slight ageing on its lees.
